Paradoxes: drivers of individual and collective development
If the practice of coaching were a human, where would it be in its development? Behind our paradoxes, are there certainties that limit us collectively? For coaching to progress and transform, how must we all evolve as coaches?
This conference was deployed in three complementary activities :
- A short webinar, to take a fresh look at professional coaching and reflect on what makes it indispensable in a complex environment.
- A workshop to launch a collective development experiment to be carried out during the Conference.
- A look back on our experience at the end of the Conference to consider next steps in our development.
